Stop Motion Animation

Q1. What was your stop motion animation about? Why did you choose to do your video to be about this? Was it because it was easy, because it would be fun, or it would be challenging? Explain your reasoning behind your project (and be honest). A: My stop motion animation was about the battle of Hoth. I chose to do this because my favorite movie is Star Wars. I thought it would be fun to recreate one of my favorite sci-fi battle. Q2. If you could rate your stop motion on a 1-10 scale. 1 being low effort and not very good and 10 being out of this world/mindblowing, how would you rate your project? Explain why. A: I would rate it an 8 because I put a lot of effort in it but I could have put music in the video and better lighting. Q3. In hindsight, what would you do differently the second time around? Better lighting? Time management? Different topic? Explain yourself. A: I would want to have better lighting for some frames and would want to keep the camera more still. Q4. Explain what makes your stop motion animation unique. How do you believe you thought "outside of the box" on this project? A: I didn't copy exactly the way it was in the movie and made my own story with different characters. Q5. What grade do you feel you deserve on this project? Explain your reasoning. A: 95% because of some small things like sound and brightness.

Unethical Practice

Unethical Practice 4/22/15

I think that students cheat to get through because they slacked off and did not pay attention in class or they are lazy and procrastinated. In the presentation I personally think that Sandra should have been let off with a warning because she didn't know that Muhammad was copying every word off her notes. The problems that will follow them because of them being expelled from the school is that less colleges will accept them into their university and it would be hard to find a job with considerable pay. In Kansas University the consequences of plagiarism are a failing grade in the course or expulsion.

Lesson 1

I learned that there is more to spheros than just playing with them. With the app for the sphero you can learn how to program the sphero. I also learned that you need to move your fingers when retracting the tape measure.

Lesson 2

I learned that you can make shapes with different tools. I also learned that you can make the sphero change colors.
